Barakat Arabia is a general contracting and MEP company that supplies, installs and maintains electromechanical systems for commercial, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, residential and infrastructure projects.
Our engineers take a project from value review, engineering calculations and shop drawings through procurement, installation, testing and commissioning — and stay on after handover with operation and maintenance. With more than 20 years of experience and over 500 completed projects, including the Misk City Mobility Hub and the Dental Center at King Saud Medical City in Riyadh, clients get a single contractor coordinating every system on site.

An MEP contractor designs, supplies, installs and commissions the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems of a building — air conditioning, power, lighting, water, drainage and fire protection — and coordinates them with the structure and architecture. Barakat Arabia also maintains these systems after handover.
Where in Saudi Arabia do you work?
We deliver projects across the Kingdom, with activity centred on Riyadh and Jeddah, and have completed work in Egypt, Kenya and Libya.
Can you take on a single system instead of the full MEP package?
Yes. We regularly deliver individual packages such as HVAC, firefighting or BMS, as well as complete MEP scopes.
