Which HVAC systems do you install?
Central chilled-water systems, VRF and split systems, packaged units, air handling and fan coil units, and ventilation, exhaust and smoke-extract systems — for new buildings and for upgrades to existing ones.
Do you work on hospitals and pharmaceutical facilities?
Yes. Our HVAC references include the Dental Center at King Saud Medical City in Riyadh and the Tiba Pharma and Badr Pharma facilities, where filtration, air changes and pressure control are critical.
Do you maintain HVAC systems after handover?
Yes. Through our MEP facility management service we provide planned preventive maintenance, breakdown response and performance checks for chillers, AHUs, VRF and ventilation systems.
