Barakat Arabia delivers building management systems, automation and smart metering that give owners and facility teams real-time control and measurable energy savings.
We engineer the points list and control strategy, install field devices, controllers and networks, and integrate HVAC plant, lighting, pumps, generators, fire alarm and lifts into a single operator interface. Smart power and water meters feed dashboards and reports so consumption can be tracked by floor, tenant or system. Because our teams also install the mechanical and electrical systems being controlled, commissioning is faster and interfaces are cleaner. Our BMS references include Tiba Pharma, the Nile-66 Admin Building and the Elsewedy Electric office building.

What is a building management system?
A BMS is a computer-based control system that monitors and controls a building’s mechanical and electrical equipment — air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, pumps and power — to improve comfort, reduce energy use and alert operators to faults.
Can a BMS be added to an existing building?
Yes. We survey existing equipment, add controllers, sensors and meters where needed, and integrate the systems into a new or upgraded BMS with minimal disruption.
What does smart metering add?
Smart power and water meters measure consumption continuously, so you can bill tenants accurately, spot leaks and waste early and verify energy-saving measures.
Do you provide BMS support after handover?
Yes. We offer operator training, software updates, re-tuning of control sequences and ongoing maintenance through our facility management service.
