Grand Premiere Towers is one of Barakat Arabia’s residential projects in Nairobi, Kenya. Our engineering and site teams are delivering the MEP scope, covering submittals, shop drawings, installation and coordination with the wider project team.

Development features: Solar water heaters, rooftop lounge deck, rooftop barbecue, fitted gym, video intercom, multiple balconies, high-speed lifts, 24-hour security, backup generator, borehole and electric fence.
